Christal Castagnozzi, Co-Director
Registered Psychologist

As co-director of Everbloom, Christal leads the assessments practice and mentors the clinicians and psychometrists on the team. She believes a good assessment doesn't just identify what's hard. It tells a fuller story, one that helps families finally understand why things have felt the way they have, and what to do about it.

She conducts comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD, autism, psychoeducational needs, and giftedness, giving families the clarity and direction they've often been searching for. Her reports are written to be understood, not filed away. They illuminate patterns, surface strengths, and open doors to supports and services that can make a real difference.

In her clinical work, Christal draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and attachment theory to meet each person where they are, whether they're navigating grief, trauma, or the complexity of growing up. She has a particular passion for guiding parents through findings, educational advocacy, and offering practical next steps to make their lives a little easier.

Hailey Bravo, Co-Director
Registered Social Worker

As co-director, Hailey leads the practice's social work and systems advocacy services, bringing nearly a decade of experience across school boards, community mental health, and private practice. She offers counselling through a range of evidence-informed approaches, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, narrative therapy, and client-centred, solution-focused methods.

She supports individuals navigating anxiety (including health and social anxiety), depression, grief and loss, stress and burnout, family and peer conflict, life transitions, identity-related concerns, ADHD, autism, and behavioural difficulties. Her approach is trauma-informed, with treatment plans tailored to honour each person's individuality and every family's unique dynamics.

She also brings strong knowledge of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and related systems, supporting families in understanding and navigating available services and funding. Across all of her work, Hailey holds an anti-oppressive, neuroaffirming, and client-centred lens.

Emma Showers
Registered Social Worker

Emma's work starts with a question she returns to again and again: what is this pattern protecting you from? Rather than treating difficult behaviours or feelings as things to eliminate, she helps clients get curious about them, understanding the younger parts of themselves that developed these strategies for good reason.

She uses Internal Family Systems as her primary framework, alongside CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches. Her dual training in social work and developmental psychology gives her a particular depth when it comes to understanding how early experiences, relational wounds, and adverse childhood events shape the patterns people carry into adulthood.

Emma specializes in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and relational dynamics, including people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, and push-pull patterns in relationships.

Lyora Jocsak
Psychometrist/Clinical Associate

Lyora works with children, adolescents, and adults across both therapy and assessment, offering an integrative, trauma-informed approach that adapts to what each person actually needs. She draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and attachment theory, not as a checklist, but as a toolkit she shapes around the individual in front of her.

Her focus areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, and stress. Lyora creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore what's getting in the way and build practical tools for moving forward. She works under the close supervision of Co-Director Christal Castagnozzi.

Nicole Weisemberg
Psychometrist/Clinical Associate

Nicole's focus is on helping children, adolescents, and adults get a clearer picture of how their minds work. She specializes in neurodevelopmental assessment for ADHD, learning differences, autism, and giftedness, with careful attention to both strengths and challenges.

Currently completing her Master of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, Nicole works under the close supervision of Co-Director Christal Castagnozzi. Her assessments are thorough and precise, and she takes time to ensure families leave not just with a report, but with a real understanding of what it means and where to go next.

Legal Support

Debbie West
Family Legal Services Provider and Mediator

Debbie’s legal training is grounded in years of community advocacy with marginalized families navigating crisis, which means she understands what "access to justice" actually looks like when money is tight, caregiving is relentless, and the system wasn't designed with you in mind.

Her practice centers on reducing conflict and solving practical problems. In mediation, she facilitates negotiations, drafts settlements and memoranda of understanding, and helps families reach agreements that reflect their real lives. She offers services in uncontested divorce, support matters, motions, enforcement of domestic contracts, legal name changes, divorce coaching, and Notary Public services.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, along with her Family Legal Services Provider Licence, Paralegal Licence, and Family Mediation Certificate. Her approach is trauma-aware, equity-focused, and built on the belief that legal processes should help people through hard transitions, not add to the weight of them.
