Common questions before booking

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly with us, though we’re also happy to coordinate with your physician or school if needed.

Are your sessions virtual or in-person? Can I choose?

Both. We offer in-person appointments in Whitby and secure virtual sessions anywhere in Ontario or Nova Scotia (pending therapist availability).

Can I change therapists later?

Of course. Our priority is fit and comfort, so if you ever feel someone else might be a better match, we’ll help you make that transition smoothly.
